Successful Vietnamese in foreign country

(All Vietnam) – There are more than 3.5 million overseas Vietnamese living in 94 countries and territories in the world. Many of those Vietnamese people were successful and became famous all over the world.

Mr. Vo Dinh Tuan, Vietnamese physics Doctor, the Fitzpatrick rector of Duke university (North Carolina, America) has just been voted for one of “the 100 geniuses at that moment in the world” by global consult and business company.

Born and brought up in Vietnam, Mr. Tuan moved to Switzerland to study and get physics bachelor degree in 1971 after graduating secondary school.

In 2003, he is one of four scientists who are honoured by American commercial and inventive organization (USPTO). According to USPTO, his invention contributed America to become the most advanced technology and science in the world.

After 30 years working in technology and science, up to now, Mr. Vo Dinh Tuan had more than 30 invention degrees which are used widely in different fields such as environment, biology and medicine. Besides, he achieved 5 prizes about investigation and development, as well as his famous projects posted in science magazines.

This is the most prestigious and noble scientific prize in Australia. It belonged to Dr. Long and Michael Stewardson’s investigative project “the model of current’s output measuring the amount of water used for agriculture production and the amount of water should be stocked to protect environment”

Crawford university (National Australia university), where Dr. Long is working, is concentrating on creating and investigative activities. According to Long, he will come back Vietnam to teach, investigate and apply science in Vietnam.

12-year-old  boy was invited to be the lecturer in university

The little boy Nguyen Tuong Khang, 12 years old, was invited to be the lecturer in university by a university in Virginia, teaching presentation 4 hours a week. In each hour, he was paid 250 USD. The information of the talent kid was transmitted in many websites in the world.

Nguyen Tuong Khang was born on 31st of Ferbruary, 1999. Now he is a student at Hunter Woods primary school in Fairfax. When 8 years old, he was learnt about presentation  in public in young club (YSC)

At young presentation contest held in 2010 with the topic of education for children from 11 to 19, he won the prize with his presentation “What is the meaning of peace in my heart?”

The most successful Vietnamese person in IBM company

Mr. Bui Tien Dung, vice president of global business management group, is the most successful Vietnamese person in IBM computer company which is biggest in America.

His hometown is Thai Binh. He moved to America when he was 17 years old. He wasn’t afraid of difficulty in different fields.

He has left his hometown for over 30 years, but he still speaks Vietnamese fluently. He said “I always remind of my hometown despite living anywhere. Under no circumstances, I always try to use my mother tongue, such as talking with my children, invent poems…even when I drive on the way. All my faily members still keep the Vietnamese traditional lifestyle. I think it’s very important because it reminds my children of family origin”
